Corin will give a talk and tasting based on her book, Forgotten Drinks of Colonial New England:: From Flips and Rattle-Skulls to Switchel and Spruce Beer (The History Press, 2014).

Her talk will usher in HSCFV’s Historic Taverns & Tastings Bus Tour Saturday, May 2, a tour of 3 Farmington Valley historic taverns, with cooking demos, a tavern lunch, music and another old-time brew tasting.
