Library Volunteer Opportunity: Teen Advisory Group Forming to Create Teen Programming

Canton Public Library’s Teen Advisory Group (TAG) will be meeting on the first Tuesday of every month from 4:00-5:00 PM. The library is looking for teen volunteers with ideas and a willingness to contribute to the library. TAG is for those in grades 7 and up who are looking for a volunteer opportunity and are interested in improving library services for teens. TAG members will also choose, plan and implement programs of interest to the group. On the agenda for the next two months is planning for a comics event. Pizza will be served during every meeting. New members should fill out a TAG application, which is available at www.cantonteens.wordpress.com. Please contact Allyssa Bruce at abruce@cantonpubliclibrary with any questions.
