New Polling Location Announced In Cheshire

A temporary relocation has been announced for a voting district in Cheshire.

CHESHIRE, CT — The Registrars of Voters for the Town of Cheshire are notifying voters in District 4 of new polling location for the upcoming election.

“For the upcoming 2026 elections, District 4 voters who previously voted at Norton Elementary School will be temporarily relocated to vote at the new YMCA Building (former St. Thomas Becket Church across from Norton Elementary School),” according to a legal notice.

The polling address is 435 North Brooksvale Road in Cheshire.

Voting will take place at the new District 4 location for the primary election on Aug. 11, and the general election on Nov. 3.

“The relocation is temporary and solely applies to the voting dates referenced in this notice,” officials wrote in the legal notice.
