Cheshire Police Blotter: July 1 Through July 24, 2026

Recent arrests by the Cheshire Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

CHESHIRE, CT — The following information has been provided by the Cheshire Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Allen A. Cruz, 30, of Waterbury, was arrested July 1 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was being held in lieu of a $1,000 bond with a court date of July 31, according to state judicial records.

Todd J. Kornacki, 55, of Milford, was arrested July 9 on charges of second-degree falsely reporting incident and criminal violation of restraining order. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 1.

Pamela L. Rendsland, 61, of West Hartford, was arrested July 9 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 21.

Eileen Alvarado-Rivera, 37, of Waterbury, was arrested July 10 on a charge of fifth-degree larceny. She was being held in lieu of a $100 bond with a court date of Aug. 7. Alvarado-Rivera was additionally charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny. She was being held in lieu of a $100 bond with a court date of Aug. 7 for those charges.

Lisandra Soto, 44, of Waterbury, was arrested July 10 on a charge of fifth-degree larceny. She was being held in lieu of a $100 bond with a court date of Aug. 7.

Louis Latorre, 32, of Cheshire, was arrested July 15 on charges of interfering with an emergency call and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $15,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 13.

Patoni Dass, 46, of New Haven, was arrested July 16 on a charge of second-degree harassment. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 6.

Robert A. Munoz, 54, of New Haven, was arrested July 16 on a charge of fifth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $2,000 bond with a court date of July 30.

Luis Valverde-iza, 40, of Hamden, was arrested July 17 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, operating without a license, and operating without insurance. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of July 31.

Thomas J. Case, 41, of North Haven, was arrested July 24 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 14.
