Four Cheshire homes are holding open houses Saturday, Oct. 10, and Sunday, Oct. 11, with prices from $349,999 to $824,900, according to Zillow.com.
Saturday, Oct. 10
400 Beacon Hill Drive, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. (also Sunday, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.), $824,900. This 1967 center-hall French Colonial has a brick facade, stone walls and professionally designed landscaping. Inside are a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a dining room with built-ins opening to a large deck, and a custom kitchen with a Bertazzoni gas range, quartz counters and cherry cabinets. Make a weekend of it: Beacon Hill Drive and Remus Road share the late-morning slot both days. On Sunday, add Cheshire Crossing at noon and finish at the brick Cape on Saint Joseph Street.
