Back To School: Cheshire 2022-23 School Calendar

CHESHIRE, CT — The summer is beginning to come to a close and parents are already back-to-school planning in Cheshire. An essential component to that is school calendars to help parents prepare for the first day in Cheshire.

The first day of school for Cheshire students is Tuesday, Aug. 30.

Here’s the list of dates to know for this school year:

Cheshire Schools

• First Day: Tuesday, Aug. 30
• Thanksgiving Break: Nov. 23 (early dismissal for students and staff). Nov. 24 and 25, no school
• Winter Break: Dec. 23-Jan. 2, no school
• President's Day/February Break: Feb. 20-21
• Spring Break: April 7, Good Friday (no school); April 10-14, no school
• Last Day: June 13

Note: Snow days will be made up June 14-30 (13 days). Additional snow days needed beyond these 13 days will begin with April 14 and move backward.
