Are you getting enough calcium?

Women's need for calcium increases as she ages.

Adults up to age 50 need 1000 milligrams of calcium each day.  At age 51, a woman's requirement jumps to 1,200 milligrams a day.  Men need 1200 milligrams at age 71.  An 8 ounce glass of milk contains 300 milligrams.
