Calculate your minimum daily protein requirement with this easy formula.

The human body can store fat and carbs.  However, the body doesn't store the other macronutrient - protein.  It is important to eat protein daily.  A way to calculate your minimum daily requirement is to multiply your body weight by .37.  The answer will be the number of grams to consume.  Remember this is a minimum.  If you are active, you may require more.
