Eating several small meals can help lower cholesterol

Eating several small meals each day can help lower cholesterol.

A recent study showed that people who six small meals each day rather than one or two larger meals had had an average cholesterol level that was 5% lower.  Their LDL (bad cholesterol) was also lower.  Eating more frequently also results in a metabolic boost and avoids big fluctuations in blood sugar.
