Simple exercises for the Rotator Cuff

There are 4 muscles that make up the "Rotator Cuff", the often injured shoulder area.  They are:

Supraspinatus, Infraspinatus, Subscapularis and the Teres Minor.

Keep them strong with internal and external shoulder rotation.  See illustration.
