Watermelon Packed with Nutrients but Not Calories

Watermelon provides lots of anti-oxidants but is low in calories

Summer is almost here and with it comes juicy and refreshing watermelon.  Watermelon is 92% water, but contains significant amounts of the anti-oxidants - vitamin c, beta-carotene and lycopene.  At just 46 calories per cup, watermelon is one of the most nutrient dense fruits per calorie.
