Central Connecticut Chiropractic Celebrates 25 Years In Business

Keeping your doors open for twenty-five years is a milestone in any business, but in today’s healthcare environment, it is exceptional. So is the case for Dr. Luigi DiRubba and the Central Connecticut Chiropractic, located on 391 Highland Street in Cheshire, Connecticut. Dr. DiRubba’s interest in chiropractic care came after a youth sports injury left him partially paralyzed. When doctors had no answers, he was taken, by a family member, to a Chiropractor. Those treatments and care changed the course of his life.

After attending the University of South Florida and CW Post College, Dr. DiRubba studied at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa eventually making his way to Cheshire where he took over the practice of Dr. John Burgess, an established doctor who had served the Cheshire community for over 32 years.

Twenty-five years later, Dr. DiRubba is a respected and integral part of the community caring for all, children, offering pre and post-natal care, family care and personal injuries. As he gently eases pain and helps restore health, he instills his confidence in his field to everyone he cares for. He actively promotes Chiropractic preventive care, a holistic awareness of your body and the empowerment of that knowledge. His passion for his field shows in so many ways. His quest for knowledge and the advancement of his field led to the Connecticut Chiropractic Council selected Dr. DiRubba as 2005 Chiropractor of the Year. Dr. DiRubba has served as the President and the Vice President of the Connecticut Chiropractic Council, a distinguished member and Connecticut State Representative of the International Chiropractor Association. He is always learning, exploring new methods of pain relief and holistic options.

On the home front, he is an active member of the community, his family and children seen frequently throughout town. He has a genuine compassion for his patients and the disease they are experiencing. His mantra has been, “Our office shall be the beacon of health for the community.”

“I am here to do the best I can with every patient that comes through our doors,” says DiRubba. “Everyone deserves a life with vibrant health.
