Cheshire Residents, Natalie Witkowski and Sarah Feldman, were among 24 Chase Collegiate School students who recently attended the Connecticut Association of Independent Schools (CAIS) Diversity Leadership Conference – Pieces of the Puzzle. In its 10thyear, the conference is an opportunity for students to participate in a dynamic conference that brings together faculty and students (grades 7–12) from around Connecticut for a day of presentations, conversations, and activities. Students took part in activities geared towards addressing stereotypes, building community, and working with students from other schools. “I am so proud that they chose to give up part of their weekend and, most importantly, of their thoughtful contributions to the success of the event, said Jason Lewis, Head of the Middle School and Conference participant. Chase Collegiate School is an academically demanding co-ed day school serving students in PreK-12. For more information 203-236-9560 www.chasecollegiate.org
