Destinations include Dartmouth and Wesleyan for 22 seniors.
CHESHIRE, CT - The athletic successes of 22 graduating seniors and postgraduates were recognized on May 12 during Cheshire Academy’s first-ever virtual Signing Day, when the students signed letters of intent and commitment to continue playing the sport of their choice at the collegiate level.
In total, over 30 student athletes graduating from Cheshire Academy this year will be going on to play at the collegiate level next year. Colleges and universities include Assumption College, Dartmouth College, Drew University, Trinity College, University of Connecticut, and others.
“We celebrated our final athletic commitment ceremony today,” Associate Head of School David Dykeman said, during the event. “We had students signing a national letter of intent, while others simply signed to signify their commitment to their college program of their choice.”The full list of students who signed their letters of intent and letters of commitment follows.
