CHESHIRE, CT — The 2019 municipal election is heating up in Cheshire and there are plenty of races with candidates eager to serve in elected office.

What are the critical differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?

I have 12 years of experience on the town council serving as vice-chairman for 11 years. Served on 2 Charter Revision Committees in 1994 & 2017, Other Committees: Audit, Ordinance, Public Safety, Solid Waste and Liaison to many others.

I'm able to apply my business experience of over 40 years along with a common sense approach and "out of the box" thinking.

List other issues that define your campaign platform:

Transparency in government, find economies of scale savings to make government less costly and more efficient.

What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?

I've held many leadership positions in 40 years of public and civic service.

12 years on the town council. Past accomplishments: Building Committee for St. Bridget of Sweden Parish, President of the Cheshire Community Food Pantry Inc. for 6 years, President of the Rotary Club of Cheshire, A Founding Director of The Cheshire Education Foundation, Inc., President of Cheshire Junior Football along with directorships on various profit and non-profit boards.
