The town is offering face masks for senior community members in an effort to help prevent the spread of the new coronavirus.
CHESHIRE, CT — The town is offering masks for senior community members in an effort to help prevent the spread of the new coronavirus, officials announced this week. The new service is called “Masks for Members” and is run through the Cheshire Senior Center.
If you are a Cheshire Senior Center member or an older person living in the community and need a mask, contact Stefanie Theroux at the Cheshire Senior Center at 203-272-3165 or email stheroux@cheshirect.org.
“Please give your name, address, telephone number, and email address,” officials wrote in a notice to residents. “We will deliver a handmade, cloth mask to you within a few days. These are homemade masks and there is a limit of one mask per person.”
