Cheshire Coronavirus Updates: 6 Positive Cases
Officials have been notified of additional confirmed positive cases of the new coronavirus in Cheshire.
CHESHIRE, CT — The Chesprocott Health District has notified the town of additional confirmed positive cases of the new coronavirus, bringing the total number of confirmed cases in Cheshire to six, officials announced Friday. There is no additional information at this time, officials said.
“Residents are urged to continue to stay home, to adhere to social distancing, to avoid interpersonal contact as much as possible, to practice respiratory hygiene (cover your cough and sneeze with a disposable tissue), to wash your hands and avoid touching your face, and to disinfect surfaces,” officials wrote in a news release. “If you feel ill, please contact your personal physician for advice and guidance. Stay safe, stay well.”
