Cheshire Fire Marshal Jeff Boland Dies
Funeral arrangements incomplete for the life member of the Cheshire Fire Department.
Cheshire Fire Marshal Jeff Boland passed away Wednesday, according to a posting on the Cheshire Fire Department’s web site.
A statement on the site read, “It is with deep sadness that the Officers and Members of the Cheshire Fire Department announce the passing of Fire Marshal Jeff Boland. Fire Marshal Boland passed away on Wednesday, August 5, 2015.”
In 2006, Boland received The Grove Award, the highest individual honor in the department.
