Cheshire Human Services Department Moving To New Location

CHESHIRE, CT — The Cheshire Human Services Department will be relocating its offices to 19 Wallingford Rd. across the street from the Town of Cheshire Town Hall, according to officials.

The offices will be closed for the move from Sept. 25 to Sept. 29.

Anyone in need of immediate assistance during that time is asked to contact the main line at 203-271-6690 and leave a voicemail.

The Human Services Department will open in the new location on Monday, Oct. 2, and will resume its normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Visitors to the new location can use the Town Hall parking lot or there is limited parking at the new building, according to officials. The main entrance to the offices is located at the back of the building.

“Thank you for your patience as we take on this move,” officials wrote in a post on the town’s website. “We are looking forward to serving the Cheshire community in our new space!”
