Recent arrests by the Cheshire Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
CHESHIRE, CT — The following information has been provided by the Cheshire Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Nicole Flagge, 45, of Old Lyme, was arrested Jan. 1 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 29, according to state judicial records.
Charles L. Cosmos, 68, of Wolcott, was arrested Jan. 12 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 19.

Jaclyn R. Lucibello, 42, of Cheshire, was arrested Jan. 15 on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 29.
Zoltan A. Verrillo, 40, of Cheshire, was arrested Jan. 15 on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 29.

Adam M. Chymbor, 52, of Cheshire, was arrested Jan. 24 on charges of second-degree stalking and second-degree harassment. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of April 2.
