Cheshire Police Blotter: Police Arrest Two on Larceny Charges
The following arrest information was provided by the Cheshire Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

In a busy regular week for police, officers responded to several cases including two larceny arrests and a motor vehicle case involving a Waterbury man. Officers also issued a number of infractions, so take a look back at the latest arrest logs.
The Cheshire Police Department reported the following arrests:
March 14
(Previously Unreported) Anthony Silano, 66, of 23 Oxford Road in Oxford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny and issuing a bad check, March 14.

March 18
Richard Freeman, 30, of 49 Sullivan St. in Waterbury, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under suspension, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to return license plates after suspension, March 18.
March 20
Michelle Hall, 25, of 49 Woodland Drive in Hartford, was charged with second-degree larceny and third-degree forgery, March 20.

- Four people were cited with operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
- Two people were cited with passing in a marked no passing zone.
- One person was cited with failure to drive in proper lane on multi-lane highway.
- One person was cited with failure to meet minimum insurance requirements.
- One person was cited with operation of a motor vehicle without a valid license.
- One person was cited with possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana.
