Cheshire Ranked Among Best Places to Live in U.S.

Time Inc.’s Money Magazine has ranked the 50 best places to live in the United States and Cheshire is listed in the top 50.

“We rank the 50 best towns in the country - places with great jobs, strong economies, affordable homes, excellent schools, and that special something that makes it a great place to live,” Time said in a prelude to its list.

Money Magazine ranks Cheshire No. 45 in the report and writes, “Today Cheshire is known for excellent schools, healthy residents, and low unemployment—3.8%, well below the national average—as well as relatively easy commutes to nearby jobs in Danbury, New Haven, and Hartford.”
