STAFFORD, CT — A 32-year-old man who drives around in an old school bus painted black was charged on Friday in connection with a September dog attack in Stafford, according to a state police arrest warrant.
Casey Sullivan, 32, of Cheshire, was arrested after "a lengthy investigation," according to a warrant. He posted a $5,000 bond after being charged with possession of a vicious/barking dog and second-degree reckless endangerment and is due in Rockville Superior Court on Nov. 14, according to a warrant.
The attack took place at about 4:30 p.m. on Sept. 28 near 35 Diamond Ledge Road in Stafford, according to case records.
