Cheshire resident Patrick J. Kennedy of the Hartford law firm of RisCassi & Davis was elected by the members of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association (CTLA) to the Board of Governors at the annual meeting of the organization on June 10, 2013.
CTLA is a non-profit professional association dedicated to creating and maintaining a more just society by preserving individual rights within the justice system with a membership of over 1,300 Connecticut lawyers. CTLA provides its members with continuing education, publications, trial skills workshops and networking opportunities that keep them current on the law.
Since CTLA was formed in 1964, eight RisCassi and Davis attorneys have served as officers of CTLA or on the Board of Governors.
