Cheshire Shopping Plaza Sells for $12.3 Million

An Ohio-based firm recently closed on the deal.

An Ohio-based company has purchased the Everybody’s Plaza shopping center for $12.3 million, according to the New Haven Register.

Luther Turmelle of the Register reports that Phillips Edison and Co. closed on its acquisition of the South Main Street shopping center, which is anchored by a Big Y and also houses a Dunkin’ Donuts, a Subway, a nail salon and a liquor store, on Dec. 30.

Cheshire Economic Development Coordinator Jerry Sitko told Turmelle that the sale shows that the town is attractive to retailers.
