Cheshire Students Join National Honor Society

Academic achievement leads membership in National Honor Society

Four Cheshire students were inducted into the National Honor Society on March 26 in a candlelit ceremony in Bowden Hall on the Academy’s campus. They are: sophomore Patrick Brown and juniors Thomas Costello, Fatimah Farid, and Dylan McBreen.

To qualify for membership in the Academy’s NHS chapter, students must have at least a cumulative grade point average of 3.33, if enrolled in honors, International Baccalaureate® (IB) or AP courses; or a 3.66 GPA if not taking those courses. In addition, the applicants must demonstrate the qualities of scholarship, service, leadership, and character.
