Cheshire Students Receive Honors At Area Colleges

CHESHIRE, CT — Students from Cheshire recently received honors from area colleges, including Eastern Connecticut State University and the University of Hartford.

The following students from Cheshire were named to the Spring 2023 Dean’s List at Eastern Connecticut State University.

Nicole Pepe of Cheshire, a full-time senior majoring in Elementary Education and Liberal Studies.

Kira Amann of Cheshire, a full-time sophomore majoring in Business Administration.

Meghan Georgescu of Cheshire, a full-time sophomore majoring in Biology.

Ian Harrington of Cheshire, a full-time sophomore majoring in English.

Kate Warzycha of Cheshire, a full-time junior majoring in Criminology.

To qualify for Dean's List, full-time students must complete a minimum of 12 credits in letter-graded courses with an average GPA of 3.5 or higher in the semester. Part-time students are eligible if they've accumulated 15 or more credits of letter-graded course work with an average GPA of 3.5 or higher.
