Cheshire's Bishop Shines at Class LL State Championship Meet
Rams finish in third place as a team.
Cheshire junior Karl Bishop claimed two individual events at the Class LL state championship Thursday in Middletown.
The Rams finished in third place as a team with 442 points.
Greenwich dominated the meet, finishing with 836 points en route to the championship. Fairfield Prep was second at 489.5.

Bishop won the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:43.34 and claimed the 500-freestyle in 4:33.79.
