Cheshire's Lauren Anderson Named to NFHCA National Academic Squad

Cheshire’s Lauren Anderson was one 10 players on the Southern Connecticut State University field hockey team to be named to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association’s National Academic Squad.

The National Academic Squad program recognizes those collegiate student-athletes who have achieved a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.30 through the first semester of the 2014-15 academic year.

The 10 student-athletes are: Emily Allen (Fairfield, Conn.), Lauren Anderson (Cheshire, Conn.), Kimberly Driscoll (Clinton, Conn.),Zoe Fanolis (Hamden, Conn.), Erica Martino (Monroe, Conn.),Bailey McGinnis (North Branford, Conn.), Alicia Morgan (Stafford, Conn.), Colleen Murphy (Branford, Conn.), Vienna Pallisco(Sherman, Conn.) and Ashley Sanzaro (Glastonbury, Conn.).
