Company Adding Jobs To New Office In Cheshire: Report

CHESHIRE, CT — A specialty insurance company is planning on expanding its workforce at its new office in Cheshire, according to the New Haven Register.

The Register reports IAT Insurance Group expects to expand its 30-person Connecticut workforce by about 50 percent within the next year or so.

IAT Insurance Group, which is headquartered in North Carolina, bought its new office building at 1157 Highland Ave. in Cheshire for $1.9 million in July 2021, according to the Register.
