This is about a complaint about CVS South Main Street in Cheshire. So tuesday i went got my finger checked out by an urgent care saint marys in cheshire, they sent over a prescription before 7 that day, I got a call from cvs mentioning its a medicine they dont keep in stock it would be a special order, fine I said when can I pick up... Said wednesday by 3:30 it would arrive, I went after 6, they said it wasent even ordered, so great im in really bad pain and no where local has this medication, so what 3 days without any relief, how is this possible it should have been overnighted no excuses. Also mind you im so frustrated at this point I called corporate to complain in the system they don't even know if I'll get it today, im going to snap the for real. Also my prescription for my prozac was prescribed a month ago im running out so I told them I needed it on Sunday as a reminder, said it as well was a special order, wednesday wasent even ordered either, like are you kidding me. Ughhhhhhhhhhhh I even asked them if I can use any other medicine they said nothing would be as strong as what was prescripts to take my swelling down fast, i busted my knuckle 2 weeks splint. In so much pain i can't take it.
