Developer Pitches Redevelopment Proposal In Cheshire

CHESHIRE, CT — The Planning and Zoning Commission is considering a proposal by a developer to redevelop a parcel at 306 Highland Ave.
L.H. Taylor Properties LLC is seeking approval to demolish the existing building and construct a new detail office facility, according to meeting minutes.
An existing nail salon building would be demolished, and a new building will be constructed for a medical/dental office facility and there will be 30 parking spaces, meeting minutes state.

Feedback from commissioners was positive, as they indicated that they liked the look of the proposed new building, meeting minutes state. The existing building is 3,000-square-feet and the new building would be 5,500-square feet.
