Drug Take Back Event In Cheshire Saturday
Authorities will be collecting unwanted and unused pharmaceutical-controlled substances and other medicine on Saturday.

CHESHIRE, CT — The Cheshire Police Department, in partnership with Cheshire Human Services and Chesprocott Health District, will host the ninth annual National Prescription Drug Take Back Day on Saturday, April 28. The collection will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Cheshire Police Department, located at 500 Highland Avenue.
“Bring old, unused, or unwanted prescriptions to dispose of them safely in the secure drop box. Keep your home and family drug-safe. Encourage friends and family to participate.”
