Naugatuck Valley Community College and local comic book store Legends of Superheroes will co-host the second annual Brass City Comic Convention from 10 am – 3 pm on Sunday, July 31 in the NVCC Ruth Ann Leever Atrium.
Admission is $.99 and free for kids under age 10 who are accompanied by an adult, with proceeds to benefit Safe Haven of Greater Waterbury.
