The Cheshire Public Library's will once again welcome Joyce Saltman, humorist and professor, with a tongue in cheek presentation entitled Chocolate for Breakfast. Joyce is a firm believer in the motto "Life is short - eat dessert first". She will furthermore discuss the health benefits of chocolate and where to find 16% fat ice cream. Finally, she will make you laugh.
Humorist, Gestalt therapist and full-time professor and lecturer, Joyce Saltman is well known to Cheshire audiences, having presented many programs at the library in the last three decades.
Joyce Saltman is a professor of Special Education at Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, CT. She chose to receive her doctoral degree from Columbia, because she loved the color of their doctoral gown.
