Fields To Greens Golf Tournament

The 5th Annual CYB/CYS Golf Tournament will take place  Hawks Landing C.C. in Southington.

The tournament will consist of a Scramble Format Shotgun start at 10a. Hamburgers and hotdogs will be provided at the turn. Beverages throughout the course. Dinner and Awards Presentation following play.

All golfers must register no later than Sunday May 22^nd.  The field will be closed with the first 144 paid participants.

Cost: $135 per player - $540 per foursome ($500 if paid by May 7th, 2011)

·         All Payments and Registrations are due by May 22nd, 2011
