Dozens of floral designs, artistic crafts, indoor and outdoor plants as well as educational exhibits will be displayed on June 4 in and around the Hitchcock-Phillips House on the green from 1 to 5 p.m.
The flower show, "Cheshire: Past, Present and Fuchsia" is co-sponsored by the Suburban Garden Club of Cheshire and the Cheshire Garden Club.
The themes for the special outdoor exhibits include displays of the 300-hundred year history of Cheshire; bird facts by the Quinnipiac Valley Audubon Society; composting and environmental concerns; multiple horticulture collections and displays; and, for the enjoyment of both young and old, a photographic exhibit of flowers; gardens; birds; butterflies; insects; pets and animals; and landscape scenes from around the world.
