Enjoy a springtime canoe trip down the Quinnipiac River and help remove debris and garbage from this important river habitat. Bring water and lunch; canoes and equipment will be available. Participants will be shuttled back to their vehicles at the trailhead at the State commuter parking lot on Route 322 at the Southington/Cheshire border. Event will be cancelled in case of a steady rain. Children ages 10 and older are welcome when accompanied by an adult.
Preregistration is required. Register at the Parks & Recreation Department.
