William Ziegenbalg, 29, of Terryville was charged with speeding on Rice Avenue at 9:39 p.m.

Jacob Trott, 17, of 164 Oak Avenue was charged with speeding in excess of sixty miles per hour and failure to carry a license on Waterbury Road at 9:53 p.m.

Tuesday, February 14

Igor Borzenkov, 30, of New Britain was charged with failure to obey a control signal on South Main Street at 1:03 a.m.

Dawn Cronin, 36, of 21 Lakeview Ave. was cited for a cell phone violation on Waterbury Road at 10:39 a.m.

Joanne Mackie, 45, of Wolcott was cited for a cell phone violation on Byam Road at 11:13 a.m.

Wilfredo Jiminez, 62, of Waterbury was charged with operating under suspension, failure to have insurance, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Highland Avenue at 3:57 p.m.

Cristian Ibarra Perez, 28, of Middletown was charged with failure to have insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Waterbury Road at 4:04 p.m.

Monday, February 13

David Kingsland, 21, of Meriden was chared with failure to have insurance, misuse of a license plate, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Highland Avenue at 12:41 a.m.

Matthew Miller, 34, of Southington was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and cell phone violation on South Main Street at 5:53 a.m.

Trudy Davis-Reinhard, 53, of Wolcott was charged with distracted driving, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to keep right around a curvy hill on Prospect Road at 11:44 a.m.

Armando Salazar, 22, of Waterbury was charged with operating under suspension and a window tint violation on Byam Road at 5:19 p.m.
