Free Spring Yard Debris Drop-Off In Cheshire

CHESHIRE, CT — The town of Cheshire is accepting grass clippings, leaves, and brush (NO logs or stumps) weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 12 noon from April 27 to May 8 at the former transfer station at 1304 Waterbury Rd./Route 70, at no charge.

The spring yard debris event is for Cheshire residents only and proof of residency may be required. Officials say no contractors or landscaper and residents must off-load their own vehicles.
