Good Grief! Stress Relief!

This one hour workshop will provide you with fun, easy and effective tools for relaxation and management of stressful events. 

This interactive and experiential workshop will teach you movement, breathing, or visualization techniques that can help you prepare for a potential stressful situation, recover once you are engaged in a stressful situation, and relax after a stress-filled day or to “come back to earth” after the adrenaline rush of a “good” stressful situation.

These techniques are helpful for people of all ages for managing life's daily stressors. They are great for students of all ages - so if you are a teacher or if you work with children/teens, you will leave this workshop with a new set of tools to take back to the classroom.

Cost: $20 per person; $10 for students
