The Hometown Foundation in Partnership with IGA, Big Y, Adams Hometown Markets and Bozzuto’s, Inc., Donates a Pallet of Clorox Wipes to the Connecticut State Police

The Hometown Foundation, Inc. is supporting the current COVID-19 pandemic through their Hometown COVID-19 Relief initiative. Major Illness is a primary pillar of focus for The Hometown Foundation year-round and now more than ever during this international epidemic. Funds raised for the Hometown COVID-19 Relief initiative will be used to purchase hand sanitizer, cleaning products, and food supplies for these essential service providers. To spearhead this initiative, The Hometown Foundation is donating a pallet of Clorox wipes to The Connecticut State Police Department in the name of every individual who has supported their signature fundraising event, The Dream Ride Experience. This essential supply will help keep germs away from the men and women who are fighting on the frontlines of this pandemic. The Hometown COVID-19 Relief initiative was created to assist essential medical staff, first responders and emergency response personnel who are working tirelessly, around the clock fighting COVID-19 to keep our communities safe. The program will target support to assist essential staff working in high risk areas across Connecticut and potentially into other areas of the Northeast that have the highest numbers of COVID-19 cases.
