Intro to Fitness Files!

The most important thing about living a healthy lifestyle is do things that you enjoy. There are 24 hours in a day and to add one hour of exercise is not  too much to ask! It is only 4% of your day! If you like to be a part of a group, take a Zumba class or any group fitness class you would enjoy. I f you like working out one on one, hire a personal trainer. I f you like being alone, go for a run or walk your dog. You need to find an activity you enjoy for it to become part of your lifestyle. The most helpful thing is to chose friends that have your same mindset and priorities. It makes life that much more enjoyable when you can share it with friends. Stay tuned for more fit tips to keep you motivated on your fitness journey!
