Longo was accused of driving with a blood alcohol level of .154 and with “cannibinoids in his system the night of Dec. 13, 2014,” according to a police report.
Police said Longo lost control of his vehicle at about 2:17 a.m. heading southbound on Route 9 near the Exit 21 off-ramp and it spun around, striking a reflective post, a light pole and a rock ledge before becoming airborne.
