Motorcyclist Injured In Crash With Deer: Cheshire Police
Police say the crash could have been much worse if the motorcyclist wasn't wearing protective clothing.
CHESHIRE, CT — A motorcyclist escaped life-threatening injuries after a crash with a deer thanks to the protective clothing he was wearing, according to Cheshire Police.
“The motorcyclist was found to be wearing an airbag equipped jacket and helmet,” police said in a post on Facebook. “While he suffered injuries, they are not life-threatening due largely to the protective clothing he was wearing.
“Just a reminder to ride safe, and be proactive to protect yourself.”
