New Officers Sworn In To Cheshire Police Department
Cheshire police welcomed three new officers to the department this week.
CHESHIRE, CT — The Cheshire Police Department swore in three new officers to the force on Thursday, March 26.
Kyle Chinigo, Zachary Kizer, and Michael Muller were welcomed to the department at the ceremony, which was the first official swearing-in ceremony presided over by Chief Frederick J. Jortner.
“Chinigo, Kizer, and Muller will begin their Police Academy training tomorrow morning in New Britain,” police wrote in a post on Facebook. “Over the next six months, they will undergo rigorous training and preparation before returning to our Department to serve our Cheshire community.
