New Retailers, Restaurants Joining Retail Center In Cheshire: Report

Several new tenants have been identified to be joining the Stone Bridge Crossing mixed-use development in Cheshire, according to a report.

CHESHIRE, CT — An upscale furniture retailer, a pet supplies retailer, and two restaurants are the latest identified tenants to be joining retail anchors Whole Foods Market and TJMaxx in the Stone Bridge Crossing mixed-use development in Cheshire, according to the New Haven Register.

The Register reports Saybrook Home, Norwalk-based Choice Pet and restaurants Mercato Italian Kitchen & Bar and Market Place Kitchen & Bar are committed to be part of The Shops at Stone Bridge.

Starbucks and two other restaurants, Birdcode and Chipotle, were previously confirmed as tenants of The Shops at Stone Bridge, according to the Register.

Regency Centers announced in February that Cheshire Crossing, a 152,000-square foot shopping center that will serve as the retail component of the Stone Bridge Crossing mixed-use complex, will be anchored by Whole Foods Market and joined by TJMaxx.

The completed Stone Bridge Crossing development will include 140 townhomes and carriage houses, 300 multi-family units, and a 125-room Homewood Suites hotel in addition to the shopping center.
