New Use Proposed For Former Arby’s In Cheshire: Report
The plans have been submitted to the Cheshire Planning and Zoning Commission.
CHESHIRE, CT — A new 3,500-square-foot car wash is being proposed on the site of a vacant Arby’s restaurant on Route 10 in Cheshire, according to the Hartford Business Journal.
The HBJ reports plans have been submitted with the Planning and Zoning Commission to demolish the Arby’s and build the car wash at 980 South Main St. in Cheshire.
Planning and Zoning Commission members have expressed concerns about traffic, and the developer will return to the commission with further review, according to the Hartford Business Journal.
