Obituary: Helen P. Linsley, 84, Of Cheshire

CHESHIRE, CT — (From Alderson-Ford Funeral Home): Helen P. Linsley (Penny), loving wife and beloved mother and grandmother passed away Monday, July 11, 2022 at Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven, CT. at the age of 84.

From Cheshire, CT, to Poughkeepsie, NY, and back to Meriden, CT, Penny spread her light, kindness, and warmth wherever she went. She was a retired florist who worked for florists in Cheshire, CT, Poughkeepsie, NY, and New Paltz, NY.

Penny Linsley was born August 23,1937, in New Haven, CT., daughter of the late Robert and Helen (Jahnige) Hausman. Penny leaves behind her beloved husband, Russell W. Linsley, daughter, Robin Linsley-Biagetti and husband, Richard Biagetti, and her son, Eric Linsley and wife, Alison. She was close to each of her loving grandchildren: Ryan Biagetti, Sabrina and Nicolas Linsley. She will also be missed by her sisters Susan Ransom and Cathy Goodrich. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Linsley was predeceased by her son, Russell (Rusty) Linsley.
