Obituary: Marsha Damiani, 76, Of Cheshire

CHESHIRE, CT — (From Alderson-Ford Funeral Home): Marsha Damiani, 76, of Cheshire, passed away Saturday, February 4, 2023 at Apple Rehab Middletown. She was the wife of the late Donald C. Damiani.

Mrs. Damiani was born March 28,1946, in Waterbury, daughter of the late Tobin and Maureen (Casey) Cosgrove. She was a retired Registered Nurse.

Mrs. Damiani was a long-time resident of Cheshire and a communicant of St Bridget of Sweden parish. She was an avid reader and loved to spend time on the Cape with her family.

Mrs. Damiani leaves behind her son, Jeffrey Damiani, and his wife, Jennifer, of Ashland, MA, and her daughter, Robin Murawski, and her husband, Lee, of Middletown; She will also be missed by her grandchildren, Kyle Murawski of Orono, ME and Teagan Murawski of Middletown. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Damiani was predeceased by her sister, Janet Curry.

Arrangements – A Memorial will be held at a later date and there are no calling hours. A private committal will be held in Cheshire Hillside Cemetery. The Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Cheshire is assisting with arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Shriner’s Hospital for Children, 516 Carew St., Springfield, MA 01104-2396.
